Account deletion

You can delete your Endeka account in one of the following ways:

Option 1: Delete from the app

  1. Open the Endeka app
  2. Go to Settings
  3. Select Manage Account
  4. Tap Delete Account and follow the instructions

Option 2: Request deletion by email

Send an email to endeka.app@gmail.com with a request to delete your account.

Important:

Please send the request from the same email address that is linked to the account you want to delete.

If you no longer have access to that email address, we may ask for additional proof of identity (documents) to confirm account ownership before we can process the deletion.
