Terms of Use for Endeka

1) The App and eligibility

Endeka provides news, match information (fixtures, results, standings), analytical reports, and match forecasts related to the Greek Super League.

You must be at least 16 years old to use the App. By using the App, you confirm that you meet this requirement.

2) Account and user responsibilities

Some features may require an account. You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when creating an account.
• Keep your login credentials confidential.
• Be responsible for activity that happens under your account.

You must not use the App in any way that violates applicable laws or these Terms.

3) Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the source code of the App (except where permitted by law).
• Interfere with the App’s operation, security, or networks (including introducing malware or abusing APIs).
• Use the App to harass, abuse, defame, or infringe the rights of others.
• Use automated means (bots/scrapers) to access or collect data from the App, unless we explicitly allow it.

We may suspend or terminate access if we believe you are violating these Terms or misusing the App.

4) Content and third-party sources

A) Our content

The App, including its design, software, text, and other materials, is protected by intellectual property laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for personal, non-commercial purposes, subject to these Terms.

B) Third-party content and links

The App may display or link to content from third parties (e.g., publishers, data providers). We do not control third-party content and do not guarantee its accuracy, availability, or completeness. Your use of third-party sites and services is governed by their own terms and policies.

C) AI-generated content, errors, and reporting

Some content in the App may be generated or assisted by artificial intelligence (“AI”). AI-generated content may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, or misleading and may contain errors, “hallucinations,” or fabricated and untrue facts.

We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any AI-generated content and we are not responsible for decisions, actions, or outcomes based on such content.

Any match-related insights, rankings, analytics, or informational forecasts shown in the App are provided for general informational purposes only.

If you believe the App contains incorrect, fabricated, or misleading information, please report it to endeka.app@gmail.com and include relevant details (e.g., screenshot, item title, and date/time) so we can review and improve the App.

5) Notifications

If you enable push notifications, you may receive updates such as news, reports, or match forecasts. You can disable notifications in your device settings at any time. We do not guarantee delivery timing or that notifications will always be sent.

6) Privacy

Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect and process information. By using the App, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.

7) Changes to the App and Terms

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (in whole or in part) at any time, including changing features or availability.

We may update these Terms from time to time. If changes are significant, we may provide an in-app notice. Continued use of the App after changes become effective means you accept the updated Terms.

8) Termination

You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access to the App if:

• you violate these Terms,
• we believe your use creates risk or legal exposure for us or others, or
• we are required to do so by law.

If your account is terminated, your right to use the App ends immediately.

9) Disclaimer of warranties

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the App and all content (including any AI-generated or AI-assisted content, reports, analytics, and informational forecasts) are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and accuracy.

We do not warrant that the App or any content will be error-free, uninterrupted, complete, current, or reliable.

Nothing in these Terms affects any mandatory rights you may have under applicable law.

10) Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses, arising from or related to your use of (or inability to use) the App, including reliance on any content in the App (including AI-generated or AI-assisted content, reports, analytics, and informational forecasts).

If liability cannot be fully excluded under applicable law, our total liability will be limited to €0, to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where such exclusion or limitation is prohibited by law, including (where applicable) liability for wilful misconduct, gross negligence, fraud, or for death or personal injury, or any mandatory consumer rights.

11) Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of your misuse of the App, your violation of these Terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

12) Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of Greece, without regard to conflict of laws rules.

Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the App will be submitted to the competent courts of Greece, unless mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence provide otherwise.
